Saisy Professionals GmbH is committed to fair and ethical recruitment and placement practices.
In doing so, we strictly adhere to the WHO Code of Conduct for the International Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals. We are committed to not recruiting nurses who are on the WHO's negative list for recruiting international nurses and follow the International Labour Organization's (ILO) Fair Recruitment Principles.
Through our NO POLICY policy, we guarantee our nurses that they will not face financial hardship as a result of their application. The costs for the entire process, including language training, examination and flight, are borne by the employer.
In doing so, we adhere to the IRIS standard for ethical placement and update it according to the latest guidelines.
